Japanese style! You are warmly invited to the Japanese Society’s Hanami Kai, taking place next Wednesday 26th March from 4.30 pm.

This event aims to provide an opportunity for you to enjoy our Japanese culture – and to have a great fun time!

Everyone can join this event. Please feel free to come along even if you are not a member of the society.

(NOTE: Non-members are asked to buy at least one raffle ticket at entry). Children are welcome, too (free entry).

[Cultural program]
Similarly to the last year, you will have opportunities to have hands-on experience of our culture, such as origami, calligraphy and more. We are also preparing some Japanese snacks, foods and drinks for you to taste.

You will have great chances to win fantastic prizes of Japanese products. A raffle costs 2 pounds for membership card holders or 3 pounds for non-members (you can apply for membership on the day!)
